Xande (Alex) joined
Aribira as a partner in 2005 while still residing
in New York. Xande started on the outdoors in
1995 in New Mexico, USA, and during his 12-year
residency in the United States he participated
in several adventure activities in New Mexico,
Colorado, Utah, New York, California and Maine.
His passion for the outdoors and adventure took
him to New Zealand and Australia in 2004, the
former the capital of adventure tourism. Xande
got his PADI open water diving certificate while
in Australia and is an outdoors and sports enthusiast.
Xande is responsible for the administrative area,
client relations and project analysis of Aribira,
bringing his expertise of public policy and urban
planning consulting in the USA to Aribira.
Xande has a bachelors degree in Geography from
the University of New México and a masters
degree in Urban Planning and Public Policy from
Rutgers University in New Jersey.
Xande speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish
fluently.
