ARIBIRA

TEAM BUILDING

ADVENTURES LEADERSHIP
Our leadership expeditions are outdoor-based programs that are developed to help all participants build and develop leadership and teamwork skills. They are insight-oriented experiences, having all participants go through a series of gradually difficult activities.
In each expedition, every participant will be the leader for a period of time. Decisions will be made by the group, with the support of Aribira’s experienced leaders on the background providing physical and emotional safety at all times.

Participants will be required, thus, to challenge themselves and work as a team, take responsibility for their actions and choices, and understand the essence of authentic leadership by planning and managing the expedition itself.

Some of the skills that will be targeted include:

Dispute and Conflict Resolution skills to manage team conflicts.
Leadership skills to engage individuals to optimize their contributions and collaboration, enhance performance, obtain stronger commitment and full engagement.
Team work basic skills.
Problem solving situations and how to effectively address them.
Critical thinking and decision-making in an unfamiliar environment.
Initiative and good judgment.

Additionally, we also offer Custom Developed Expeditions based on individual needs and interests – customize your now!

and

Executive Leadership Expeditions that are designed for leaders in different fields of knowledge, like: business and finance, education, religion, law and medicine, government, science and technology, sports, non-profits and the arts. Our goal is to integrate ideas and people by creating an opportunity for these leaders to share their knowledge, and experience with each other; while aiming at achieving a specific goal: reaching the top of a mountain, crossing a river, etc.
